HEALTHCARE

Healthcare Reform is based on lowering individual premiums and prescription costs by establishing regulations for health insurance and pharmaceutical companies.

Requesting that society contirbute to a collective healthcare does not limit the ability of pharmaceutical and insurance companies from raising their prices. 

Placing profit margin ceilings on life-saving prescriptions and having flexible pricing on lifestyle prescriptions will benefit citizens while allowing pharmaceutical companies to retain profits for revenue and research.

EDUCATION

Education Reform is based on developing informed, self-efficient citizens that have a basic understanding of self-care (food/hygiene) and understand the financial processes of the nation.

CANDIDACY

Political candidacy should require politicians that are competent as leaders, are not "out-of-touch" with the citizens, and have not had criminal charges.

OFFICE

Political office should require evaluations of the individuals that have been elected to progress the community, state, or nation forward. Salaries should be earned, not just given.

VOTING

Reform in this area addresses limiting the title and scope of bills introduced to Congress and for Public vote in order to decrease confusion of content within the bill or future law. 

Focuses on updating voting processes for efficiency by addressing mail-in voting issues and proposing fingerprint identification.

CHARITY

Adjustments to assistance programs and charity systems that will result in developing more self-reliant citizens; instead of providing limitless handouts.

Decreases dependent tax return amounts based on unemployment instead of providing free governement funding for dependents annually.

Implements time limits and requirements for maintaining governement assistance; similar to unemployement processes. Welfare Counselors to provide career and opportunity guidance, if requested.

POLICE REQUIREMENTS

Instead of defunding the police, we look to raise the standards of what an officer of the law is. Rewriting the police includes restructuring current operational funding and placing requirements on fund use.

Law-based education is based on the concept that Police Departments are upholding the law and should be knowledgable on what they charge individuals with. This will decrease state expenses by decreasing court processes for charges that do not "hold-up" in court. 

POLICE STRUCTURE

Rearranging the police includes placing healthcare  and social workers within police departments. provides whistleblower protection, and addresses on-duty negligence.

ACCOUNTABILITY OF POLICE

Address accountability issues within police departments by updating daily processes. Establishing procedures that prevent unethical actions in the beginning is more efficient than asking for justice at the end.

HOMELESSNESS

This assistance is not about handouts. It's focused on the self-development of homeless individuals by providing informational guidance and resources that assists in increasing their self-sufficiency.

IMMIGRATION UPDATES

Immigration reform is about integrating new and informed citizens into the country through updated processes and requirements. Revaluation of standards should limit criminal activity motivated by basic needs.

EXITING PRISON

Reform is focused on exiting criminal activity after time served. Guidance and informational resources to be provided to those that seek to change their life/behavior.

Review of drug possession laws and time served due to changes of marijauna as a medicinal drug. Evaluation of time served for drug charges vs sexual assault/molestation charges.

Establish "across-the-board" sentencing for crimes; includes a flexibility factor of months (not years) to address the character of the individuals. 

OPPORTUNITY REVIEWS

Remove individuals from leadership positions after multiple EEO complaints, instead of allowing settlements to keep professional positions.

Review of opportunity grants to determine if current resources are being fully utlized. Includes assessing awareness of programs and ease-of-access to apply for interested individuals.

Establish local complaint processes for cities/states that allows reporting businesses or educational facilities for unfair treatment based on factors of discrimination. Reprimands will be determined based on circumstances.

CAPITALISM REQUIREMENTS

Capitalism borders focuses on particular industries; such as entertainment and sports. Revenue orientation and requirements allow for a tax write-off, while balancing economic resources based on influential factors.
